This is a nurturing experience for women who are ready to take that next step.

You're invited to spend time with our horses while being supported through a gentle series of activities, on the ground, that offer you the opportunity to build:

Self Concept

  • notice your self-talk and grow a positive self concept

  • map your strengths and achievements

Self Esteem

  • foster mindfulness and incorporate meditative practices into your day to day life

  • sit with discomfort

  • begin to detach from interactions that drain your time and energy

  • celebrate your capacity and gifts

LimberUp

 

An introductory taste of EmpowerMe over 4 weeks. Join us from 9.30am to 11am for four Wednesdays and enjoy a inspiring introduction to EmpowerMe. 

​

LimberUp lays the foundations to make those positive changes that will support your growth. It's also a good way to prepare for Leap (below) and start thinking about how you might take your next step.

Leap

You can jump straight into this 10 week course or LimberUp first. Leap gives participants the opportunity to create personal projects to work towards goals that are important to them. With the support of your facilitator and the group, you'll break down your goals into smaller steps and enjoy that journey in the presence of our horses.

Reframing Futures

Reframing Futures is an Equine Assisted Learning service formed to respond to the challenges children and young people are facing in a post pandemic world, dominated by social media. 

​

We meet young people where they are on their learning journey, without judgement, and support them to further develop resilience, self-awareness, empathy, and self regulation. We build on the resulting growth in confidence with social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision making. Where helpful we collaborate with other professionals to build a network of support around our young clients.

​

Reframing Futures is supervised by Jacqueline Cosgrove. It formalises the last 30 years of Jacqueline's work as an educator, and speaks to her belief that wellness is at the heart of all educational success.

 

In addition to 20 years delivering NESSA curriculum for years 10 - 12 in NSW, Jacqueline's extensive work in education includes curriculum design (English, Drama and Media), programs for gifted children, children with disability, children experiencing disadvantage, and children on control orders. Jacqueline has delivered quality education for children and young people, and professional development for teachers, in Australia, New Zealand, Europe (United Kingdom, Croatia, Italy, Spain, Belgium) and Asia (China, Taiwan, South Korea).  She's passionate about equal access to education for all children and young people.
